Heat pumps- The recommended product for the area. Using electricity they are very economical and efficient. Heat pumps draw heat out of the air in the winter and delivers it inside your home. In the summer, heat is pulled out of indoor air and released outside. The Heat pump system consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. A compressor circulates special refrigerant liquid between the two units absorbing and releasing heat. Trane heat pumps are two staged offering energy efficiency on most days but can change to a higher setting when needed.

Air Handler- Circulates air through your home. This unit consists of a blower and heat strips for extra heat if needed.
